“We have no agenda other than to see Holy Spirit make the name of Jesus famous throughout the earth.”
(BISHOP Brian King)

Who We Are

About Us

Reignite Palm Springs is an Apostolic and Prophetic Church, and as such believes in the full restoration of the Five-fold ministry of the Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers, and that all five offices are vital to the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12).

RMI is an Apostolic Network with a vision to establish affirming Christian churches from Anchorage, Alaska to Guadalajara, Mexico, and into South America and the world.

We are the “Flagship” church of
Reignite Ministries International, Inc. (RMI).
We are also the only Pentecostal, Charismatic church in the Palm Spring area that is Open and Affirming to the LGBTQI community.

Our Foundation

Jesus declared, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6. We believe this to be a fundamental truth, and the basis of our doctrine and theology.

Meet the Team

As Bishop over Reignite Ministries International, an ordained Apostle and Founding Pastor of Reignite Palm Springs, Brian is a testimony to the redemptive, transformative power of God. Although raised in the church, he actually didn’t have a personal revelation of Jesus Christ until the age of 26. During the next 12 years he was ministered to by some of the great generals of the faith in the Charismatic Movement. Many laid their hands on him, imparted their anointing, and prophesied of the incredible future God had in store for him in the ministry. Brian served on the crusade team of an international ministry for a time, but God’s plans seemed like nothing more than delusions of grandeur when he walked away from his faith while trying to reconcile it with his sexuality. The following years would leave Brian a homeless meth addict, who believed the lie that God didn’t love him because of who he was.

Restored and redeemed, Brian now preaches with great passion the message of grace and inclusion to a community of people that the enemy has told the same lie and oversees a network of churches on multiple continents with a global vision to bring that same inclusive gospel of Jesus Christ to marginalized people everywhere. The grandson of a German Jewish immigrant, Brian has reconnected with the roots of his Christian faith through studying his Jewish heritage. He is a passionate lover of Israel and the Jewish people, and considers himself “Messianic” in his core beliefs.

Rabbi Ro’i is an ordained, Messianic Rabbi. Saved and called to preach at an early age, he preached his first sermon at 12 years of age.

Ro’i came out in his early 40s and experienced a crisis of faith walking away from his ministry, the church, and God, walking into deep sin. Four years later he discovered that God still loved him, that the atonement still applied regardless of how far he had strayed or what he had done, and that God still had a plan for his life. He joyfully returned to God, the church and ministry. Over the last 50 years he has studied the Jewish roots of our Christian faith and brings a rich knowledge of those roots to his preaching and teaching.

Give, and it will be given to you

Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.

(Jesus in Luke 6:38)

Common Questions

What times are your services?

Every Sunday at 10AM

What is a typical service like?

Our typical Sunday morning service starts out with a time of corporate prayer before the actual service begins. Our core team prayers for the service as well as the city from 9:15 to 9: 45 every Sunday morning. The actual service begins with Spirit led praise and worship, followed by more prayer, the offering and then more worship directly before the message. Our sermons are very “Word-centric” as we feel that scripture, as it was originally breathed by the Spirit of God, is infallible. Our pastoral team goes through great lengths to ensure we’re preaching the Word of God as He intended it, not according to the “traditions of man.”  Every service at Reignite Palm Springs is planned ahead of time, but ALWAYS open to Holy Spirit’s redirection at any moment as each and every service is His to do with as He sees fit.
